What is the OPTCLA Trail ID Collar?

The OPTCLA Trail ID Collar is a personalized reflective dog collar with an integrated engraved metal nameplate. It is designed for everyday walking and identification. The nameplate holds a pet name and owner phone number directly on the collar rather than on a loose hanging tag.

What can customers personalize?

Customers can submit one pet name up to 12 characters and one phone number up to 16 characters. The checkout review displays the entered engraving, selected size and selected color before payment. Production follows the submitted information, so customers should verify every character.

Which sizes are available?

Measure where the collar normally rests and choose a range that comfortably contains the current measurement. After fitting, two fingers should slide beneath the collar without force. Use the measurement checklist before ordering.

What does the reflective detail do?

The reflective strip returns light toward its source when illuminated and may improve low-light visibility. It is not active illumination and does not guarantee that a dog will be seen. It does not replace a leash, active lighting, suitable walking equipment, training or supervision.

How should the collar be cleaned?

What are the personalized return limitations?

Correctly made personalized collars cannot be returned for preference, customer-entered engraving errors or incorrect measurements. OPTCLA reviews claims involving its engraving error, defect, damage or incorrect fulfillment. Approved claims may receive a no-cost replacement or a refund when replacement is not practical.
