Pet gear earns its place through daily use. We began with a simple problem: hanging tags can jingle, snag, or separate from a collar, while wet-weather walks demand materials that are easier to care for. The OPTCLA Trail ID Collar brings a pet name and owner phone number onto an integrated metal nameplate, keeping identification directly on the collar.
Our design principles
We focus on practical details customers can understand before ordering: clear personalization, measurable sizing, a low-profile nameplate, reflective detailing, wipe-clean construction, straightforward care guidance, and accessible support.
We avoid exaggerated promises. Reflective detailing can help a dog stand out when light reaches it, but it does not replace a leash, active lighting, appropriate equipment, training, or supervision. The Trail ID Collar is not designed for tie-out use.
Personalization deserves care
Every personalized order carries information chosen for one pet. Our checkout collects the pet name, phone number, size, and color so those details can travel with the order. Customers can preview the engraving before payment, and our policies explain what happens if we make an engraving or fulfillment error.
