Where do you ship?
Checkout currently accepts United States shipping addresses only. Contact us before payment for remote locations, territories, military addresses or an unusual delivery requirement. International destinations outside the US are not open for checkout.
Which carrier handles delivery?
4PX is our preferred shipping provider. Tracking is provided after dispatch. The exact available service can vary by destination and parcel.
When will my order ship?
Contact us for the current dispatch estimate if timing is important. Unless a different date is agreed before purchase, we will dispatch within 30 calendar days of a completed order. If we cannot meet that deadline, we will contact you to agree to a delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order.
How long is transit?
Our current carrier comparison gives roughly 5-12 working days after dispatch, depending on service. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and does not include supplier handling or customs delays.
Are import charges included?
Free shipping covers transportation, not a promise of duty-paid delivery. Import duties, customs charges or taxes assessed and not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility. Ask us before purchase if you need clarification for your destination.
What if I need to change an address?
Contact us immediately with the order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatched. Never email full card details.
