OPTCLA offers 30-day free returns and exchanges for eligible orders delivered in the United States and Canada. Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.

30-day free return window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period begins when the carrier marks your order as delivered.

Return shipping cost

Approved returns and exchanges include free return shipping. OPTCLA does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Item condition

Returned footwear should be clean, unworn outdoors, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included inserts when available. We recommend trying shoes indoors on a clean surface until you are sure about the fit.

How to request a return or exchange

Email yiminplus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, checkout email, product size, shipping ZIP/postal code, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Our support team will reply with return instructions and, when approved, a prepaid return label or return shipping instructions.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available size or receive a refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing

After the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are handled at no cost to the customer through replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may be declined if the item is heavily worn, used outdoors, damaged by misuse, missing major components, returned outside the 30-day window, or sent back without contacting OPTCLA first.

Original shipping charges

If a separate paid shipping option was selected at checkout, that original shipping charge may not be refundable unless the return is caused by an OPTCLA error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect shipment.
