What information do we process?
Customer inquiries may include contact details, vehicle information and messages you provide. Existing orders may include order identifiers, shipping details, payment status and information needed to fulfill or support the purchase.
Who processes payments?
Stripe and PayPal remain our payment providers. Their hosted interfaces handle payment credentials under their own policies. Do not send payment-card numbers to OPTCLA by email or chat.
What website services are used?
The website is hosted through Netlify with Cloudflare delivery and security services. Google Analytics measurement ID G-HLNSLZNLSZ is used for website measurement. Inquiry text, email addresses, phone numbers and vehicle identifiers are not sent as custom analytics event fields.
How is information used?
To respond to inquiries, support and fulfill applicable orders, investigate payment issues, maintain security and understand website use. Relevant providers may process data in other countries.
How can I ask about my data?
Contact support@Optcla.com. We may need enough information to verify the request. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
