Personalized orders
You are responsible for reviewing all submitted engraving, size, color, contact, and shipping information. By paying, you authorize OPTCLA and its fulfillment partners to reproduce the submitted pet name and phone number on the product.
Acceptable personalization
We may reject or cancel content that is unlawful, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or technically unsuitable for engraving. Character limits and layout may require minor spacing or capitalization adjustments.
Product use and safety
The Trail ID Collar is intended for everyday identification and supervised walking. It is not tie-out equipment. Reflective material may improve visibility under suitable light but does not replace a leash, active lighting, training, or supervision. Inspect the collar, buckle, D-ring, and plate regularly and stop use if damaged or excessively worn.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. We may cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled, verified, or safely personalized.
Product appearance
Colors and engraving previews may vary slightly by screen, material, font spacing, and production. Product photographs show representative configurations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OPTCLA is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper fit, unattended use, tie-out use, failure to inspect wear, or inaccurate customer-provided personalization.
